Uncover What Your Body's Telling You

Autonomic Response Testing (A.R.T.) is a non-invasive, diagnostic method used to assess the health and functioning of the autonomic nervous system (ANS), the part of your body responsible for regulating involuntary functions such as heart rate, digestion, and respiratory rate.

A.R.T. uses muscle testing to evaluate how your body responds to various stressors, including toxins, infections, environmental and emotional stressor which helps to identify underlying imbalances.

Developed by Dr Dietrich Klinghardt, A.R.T. is a very simple yet reliable method to get to the root cause of your illness.

Benefits of A.R.T.

  • Early Detection of Health Issues: Identifies irregularities in the autonomic nervous system that may signal underlying health problems like cardiovascular issues, stress, or neurological conditions.

  • Detect Root Causes: A.R.T. helps pracitioners identify the root causes of issues, whther physical, emotional or biochemical (toxins or infections), all in one test.

  • Personalized Health Insights: It helps pinpoint stressors affecting your wellbeing, allowing for tailored treatments.

  • Improved Diagnosis: Assists healthcare professionals in diagnosing conditions related to autonomic dysfunction, such as chronic fatigue syndrome or orthostatic hypotension.

  • Better Treatment Outcomes: Helps optimize treatments and interventions by monitoring the body’s real-time responses to therapies or lifestyle changes.

  • Non-Invasive: A non-invasive way to monitor your body’s health without the need for surgical procedures or blood draws.

How A.R.T Works

ART works by measuring your body's response to different stimuli. A trained practitioner will use muscle testing to assess your response to various body stressors including, heavy metals, infections, mould, EMF’s, foods and can find the remedy that can counter this stress.

Here’s how the process works:

During the initial consultation, I will review your client intake form and ask any necessary questions. This helps me identify key areas to focus on during the testing process.

The testing itself involves a gentle touch on your organs (over clothing) and around your body from a distance. An assistant will work with me to carry out muscle biofeedback during this process.

Various stressors are introduced into the environment, allowing us to observe how your body responds and whether it’s causing you stress.

Based on these findings, treatment options can be explored. The A.R.T. results help guide recommendations for natural therapies, which may include dietary adjustments, supplements, acupuncture tapping techniques, or lifestyle changes aimed at restoring balance.

Once your body achieves balance, it gains the ability to heal itself, leading to improvements in symptoms related to the root causes, such as pain, fatigue, digestive issues, stress, and hormonal imbalances.

Testing may take up to 1.5 hours. Located in Woodlands, WA, Australia.
