More about ART

So lets delve a little deeper.

As stated A.R.T. is an accurate and efficient way of evaluating your autonomic nervous system’s (ANS) response to a variety of stressors.

The ANS is the part of our nervous system, it functions automatically and requires no conscious thought. The ANS controls the beating of your heart, blood pressure, detoxification of toxins, digestion, and brain function.

Stressors such as infections, toxins, allergies, scars and dental issues can interfere with the proper function of the ANS.

A.R.T. identifies which stressors are interfering with ANS function.

Your body knows what it needs to heal. We listen to it's clues.

How we test for problems with ANS regulation.

The first step in testing is to assess whether the body is experiencing blocked regulation or neurogenic switching. These are fundamental regulatory processes, and addressing them is essential for ensuring that the body receives accurate information.

Blocked Regulation

Blocked regulation occurs when the cells lose their ability to produce coherent light. When this light becomes incoherent, it disrupts the communication between cells, preventing them from working in harmony.

Neurogenic Switching

Neurogenic switching happens when there is neurological disorganization within the body. The body generates electrical currents that regulate its functions. Neurogenic switching refers to a disruption or imbalance in the autonomic nervous system (ANS), which affects the flow and regulation of energy or Qi (vital energy) throughout the body.

When you are switched, your brain and nerve cells struggle to communicate properly with each other, resulting in physical symptoms.

Once the regulation is opened and any switching has been reversed, we can move forward with the testing. We utilize various non-invasive instruments and scientific principles, such as direct resonance and O-ring testing, to identify the primary factors impacting the body, the organs under stress, and to determine a protocol that is beneficial for you. All items tested are carefully selected to ensure they do not hinder your progress.

The 5 Levels of Healing

The 5 Levels of Healing is a framework developed by Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, a prominent figure in integrative medicine and healing. It is used to explain the complex, multi-layered nature of health and healing, particularly in the context of chronic illness and mental-emotional well-being. According to Dr. Klinghardt, healing occurs on several different levels, and addressing each of these levels is crucial for complete recovery.

There is generally a flow on affect so those higher on the pyramid flow down. For example, disruption on higher levels can show on the physical level as a physical ailment such as pain.

The five levels are as follows:

1st Level- Physical Body

  • This level involves the body and its physical health. Healing on this level focuses on addressing physical symptoms, infections, toxins, and any other physiological issues. Treatments may include conventional medicine, supplements, diet and exercise.

2nd Level- Energetic Body

  • This level addresses the energy field of the body, which involves the meridian system, chakras, and energy flow within the body. Disruptions or blockages in this energy flow can lead to physical or emotional symptoms. Treatments may include: Acupuncture, homeopathy, frequency medicine, energy healing (like Reiki), and craniosacral therapy.

3rd Level- Mental Body

  • The mental level pertains to thought patterns, belief systems, and cognitive processes that shape how a person experiences health. Dr. Klinghardt believes that unresolved mental stress, traumatic experiences, and limiting beliefs can contribute to illness. Treatments may include addressing mental-emotional patterns, and techniques such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), psychological counselling, hypnosis, MFT and APN.

4th Level- Intuitive Body

  • The Intuitive level is based on the idea that the body not only stores physical information but also subconscious emotions, trauma, spiritual disconnect, ancestral trauma from previous generations and other stresses that may manifest as illness or discomfort.

  • The psycho-spiritual level emphasises healing emotional pain, resolving trauma, and restoring a sense of spiritual connection and purpose. Practices like meditation, spiritual counselling, trauma healing and deep emotional work are essential here.

5th Level- The Spiritual Body

  • This is the highest level, this is not something a practitioner can intervene with as it is up to each individual to explore their own personal relationship with the Spirit through, prayer, meditation and innate healing.
